Over time I’ve noticed that some of my clients had a difficult time using EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) tapping when at home. At their next appointment they’d say, “I don’t know if I was tapping correctly.”
Well, the last thing I want is clients stressing about whether they are doing something correctly. Having my clients worry more in their lives is counter to what I teach.
One of the most important concepts is that personal happiness occurs only when we move our thoughts from worry and fear and to focus on the outcomes we desire. (My book, Powerful Thinking on Purpose shows you how to do this in greater detail.)
