On July 24 and 25 Coble Consulting is hosting a certification workshop on Richard Barrett Cultural Transformational Tools (CTT).  For more information about CTT, visit the Barrett Values Centre website.

Coble Consulting Inc. has used this powerful and highly popular tool for a number of clients nationwide including NASA and NOAA. A number of countries have also successfully used CTT and have been able to shift from their current culture to their desired cultures. CTT open dialogue that allows the important and sometimes difficult conversations to take place in a non-threatening environment. Not only does it identify how the current culture sees itself, it also shows what the desired culture could look like. Then, through facilitation and sometimes coaching, action steps are created that moves the culture to its desired state. CTT will not only identify the values of an organization as a whole, it will also provide the results of each center, or any demographic you need. This is an accredited workshop.
