Overcome Your Fear of Speaking in Public With Hypnosis
I’m glad you are here because most people who suffer from the fear of public speaking usually don’t bother to look into hypnotherapy until nothing else has worked.
There are three important facts I want to share with you and how hypnosis can help you overcome your fear of speaking in public so you feel calm and relaxed – every time you speak.
Hypnosis isn’t a magic pill, but when you learn how your subconscious mind works, you have the tools to change your fear of speaking so you feel confident and relaxed anytime you speak in public.
About 7% of Americans fear speaking in public. 7% of the US population is a large number – over 22 million people!
Some people find they spend hours – even days – in advance worrying about speaking. Ever lose sleep over your nervousness? Find your stomach in knots?

Fact #2: It’s Easy To Overcome Your Fear of Speaking When You Have The Right Tools
You’ve probably noticed that your fear and anxiety about speaking doesn’t get better by itself. For some, a few moments into talking, the fear may go away, but NOT the anxiety and emotions you struggle with hours and days before.
Taking action to stop your fear of speaking is the only way you can overcome the uncomfortable feelings of fear of speaking. Unfortunately fear of speaking doesn’t go away on it’s own.
Many people attend Toastmasters and other courses to try to overcome their fear. The truth is, most of these are designed to help you become a better communicator – not to get over your fear of speaking.
(I always recommend you attend Toastmasters after you are over your fear of speaking because it’s a great place to practice and improve your communication skills.)
Overcoming the fear of speaking requires that you:
1) Learn new ways of thinking to keep you calm and comfortable every time you speak
2) Eliminate the unwanted subconscious negative feelings that show up when you speak (or even think about speaking)
Thought Training (which reprograms your thoughts and feelings), Hypnosis, and Future Visualization are three proven effective tools to help you get over your fear of public speaking.
In addition, I frequently teach my clients EFT, the Emotional Freedom Technique (aka Tapping), to help you reduce stress in other areas of your life.
Fact #3: No One Fear Of Speaking Program Fits All Sizes
Everyone who comes to The Center Of Success arrives with their own history of speaking issues. Some have suffered from anxiety for many years while others notice their nervousness when speaking continues to get worse.
Most likely you’ve tried to overcome your fears through sheer will power. Unfortunately, as you probably know, willpower runs out. The nervous feelings, heart pounding, and anxiety just don’t disappear.
To permanently get over your nerves about speaking we specifically avoid using willpower and go to the source of the issue – your subconscious mind.
Using the tools of hypnotherapy, self-hypnosis, tapping, and reinforcement with Thought Training you can easily overcome your fear of speaking in as little as five sessions.
