Some people with very mild trich may find that listening to this audio is all that is needed to stop the habit.
For more severe trichotillomania you’ll probably require more intensive deeper sessions because this habit has been imbedded for a long time.
NEVER listen while driving a car or operating any machinery or when your attention is required elsewhere.
Listening while in bed is great. You might find that you begin to sleep better as a result.
After you have intentionally listened to the audio once, you can listen to it in the background while you watch TV or use your computer.
